Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer fast, reliable shipping to all of our customers. Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below are the standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times for both domestic and international orders:

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on orders over $50, or $5.99 for orders under $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $15.99

  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99
    Please note: Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days): $19.99

  • Expedited International Shipping (5-10 business days): $35.99
    Note: International delivery times may vary depending on your country and customs clearance processes.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently offer shipping to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please select the “Standard Shipping” option during checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • After processing, orders will be shipped according to the method you select at checkout.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our shipping partner’s website or by using the tracking link provided in your email.

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being placed, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely, but in rare cases, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim or providing a replacement.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.

Address Changes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any errors. If you need to update your address before your order has been processed, please contact us immediately.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50! The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
