Returns and exchanges
At Jinteng Inc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love what you ordered! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Please read our policy below to ensure you understand the process and eligibility requirements for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition: Items should be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
All original tags and labels must be attached: The items must still have the original tags and packaging.
Return Request Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
Final sale items
Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@jintenginc.shop or call +1 (510) 466-7843. Please include the following information:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
The reason for the return or exchange
Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange (if applicable)
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll send the new item(s) once we’ve received and processed the returned items. You may be required to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s).
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
If you received an item and would like to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist. To initiate an exchange:
Follow the same process as a return, but specify which item(s) you would like to exchange for.
If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, we will charge the difference.
If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference (as long as the item is returned in compliance with our policy).
Exchanges are processed once the original item(s) are returned and inspected.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note:
Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective products).
Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@jintenginc.shop or call +1 (510) 466-7843. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and arrange for a full refund or replacement, including any shipping charges.
Please keep any damaged packaging, as it may be needed to process your claim with the carrier.
6. Late Returns
Returns made outside of the 30-day window may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
7. Exchange or Return Restrictions
Items Purchased on Sale or Promotions: Items bought with a discount or as part of a special promotion are subject to the same return or exchange policy as regular-priced items, unless explicitly stated otherwise during the promotion.
Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift, we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or store credit if the item is returned in new, unworn condition.

9. Store Credit
In certain situations, we may issue store credit for returns rather than a refund, especially if the item is non-refundable. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
